the nikon mm-22 is the ultimate in accurate measurement. the monocular head arrangement allows precision measurement of any specimen type. the digital counter provides a precision numerical readout to an accuracy of 0.001 mm.
this particular model has a monocular eyetube with a x10 super widefield eyepiece and x5 and x10 metallurgical objectives.
the stage is the type 9va that travels in the x direction for 225mm and in the y direction for 75mm and is equipped with linear encoders and the digital counter sc-112. the 12v 50 watt illumination provides both contour and surface illumination. the maximum height of the specimen is 150mm and the ridged heavy duty construction enables the examination of heavy specimens such as engine parts or heavy castings.
